Living Water Counseling - Finding Hope, Healing and Joy!

Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern,
IMF 97495
Supervised by Kathy Kirk, LMFT, MFC 44312

My role as a therapist is to provide a relaxing and open environment where you feel safe and comfortable to be yourself and to talk about the issues that matter most to you. By joining together to create insight into our current situation and relationships, we can navigate life's challenges in a genuinely welcoming space.

I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. This powerful blend of therapeutic styles allows us to see how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all directly related to one another while building on your strengths and creating hope for a better future. We'll take small, achievable and measurable steps to build confidence toward change and to make that better future a reality one day at a time.

Everyone encounters difficulties in life whether it be with their relationships, life transitions, depression, unwanted behaviors, or any other potential issue. Making the decision to come to therapy isn't always easy, but it is always a sign of strength. Taking time to talk with an objective third party, such as a therapist, can help relieve tension and anxiety while creating clarity and aid in finding new direction regarding your situation.

I specialize in treating children, adolescents, young adults, and working with men's issues.
