Do you feel lost, anxious, depressed or overwhelmed? Are you unhappy with a certain aspect of your life or do you feel “stuck?” Do you lie awake at night consumed with regret over past mistakes or future worries? Do you have problems with relationships or struggle with feeling good about yourself? If you answered “Yes” to any or all of those questions, let me assure you that you are NOT alone. Therapy is a great way to find solutions, learn coping techniques and gain the support you need to make changes in a positive and healthy manner. I’m a compassionate, non-judgmental and empathic therapist who welcomes you to a safe and supportive environment.
I specialize in working with clients of all ages, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life conflicts. While my approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral, I also maintain a genuine person-centered approach in which I come alongside my clients in a supportive and encouraging manner.
I feel so blessed to have lived in So Cal for my entire life and now my husband and I are raising our two wonderful and active sons here as well. We enjoy days at the beach, spending time with extended family and friends, and attending church.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
I look forward to connecting with you.
