I am honored to walk alongside you as you pursue your goals, discover your strengths, and work through the challenges you are facing. I have worked in a variety of settings and believe that therapy is not a one size fits all formula. I work with you collaboratively in order to achieve healing and lasting change.
I am thankful to have experienced living in multiple countries and be part of varied cultures. I respect that we all come from different backgrounds and hold differing values. I believe that diversity creates beauty and uniqueness in life and desire to create a non-judgmental space that does not place blame or criticize. Rather my goal is to work together to see what is working or not working in your life in order to create a healthier future and reach desired goals.
I have been trained in multiple therapies including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In order to make counseling the most effective, I match your needs and goals with the appropriate resources.
I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love to get out swimming, traveling, and visiting coffee shops and farmers markets. I also enjoy staying home to read a good book, cook, or watch movies.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from University of California, Irvine.
I would love to hear from you!
