I’m a compassionate, non-judgmental and empathic therapist who welcomes you to a safe and supportive environment.   

I specialize in working with clients of all ages, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life conflicts. While my approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral, I also maintain a genuine person-centered approach in which I come alongside my clients in a supportive and encouraging manner.   

I feel so blessed to have lived in So Cal for my entire life and now my husband and I are raising our two wonderful and active sons here as well. We enjoy days at the beach, spending time with extended family and friends, and attending church.   I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.   I look forward to connecting with you.
